About Ben Prevost
Ben Prevost is a legal and business executive with over twenty years of experience spanning global law firms, Fortune 500 and privately held, family-owned operating companies. He advises boards and executive teams on major corporate transactions, governance, and risk — with a business-focused approach that weighs legal exposure against real commercial objectives.
He has served as Chief Counsel of NCR's $2B Retail business unit and as Chief Legal & Risk Officer of Jack Cooper Transport, a major transportation and logistics company. With deep experience managing corporate legal affairs, along with leadership roles in both litigation and transactional settings, he helps solve business problems with excellent judgment and practical counsel.
